In addition, the rental contract for the premise, Achter het Oude Stadhuis 7, is ready for take over. I’m sure we’ll agree on a term, which may depend on your desire to also purchase (part of) our inventory / furniture.
It’s a lovely building, ca 100 m2, with plenty of traffic and a close connection to both Krommestraat and Hof. Very suitable for a shop or boutique, possibly in combination with a coffee corner or modest lunchroom.
