It goes without saying that the ingredients of all we serve have been carefully vetted by me. To make sure you are 100% secure in your choice, I’ll show you the exact ingredients of all our breads and wraps, plus the most common ingredients in our homemade cakes and sweets. Easy, yes?
Cakes
We regularly use: ricemilk, sunflower oil, vegan butter (Flower Farm), a glutenfree flower based on rice, potato, tapioca, corn and buckwheat, xanthangum and aroma or colouring agents (vegan / synthetic).
With the exception of our bananabread, all our cakes are sweetened with regular sugar. The bananabread contains erythritol.
